You will combine the technical aspects of a data engineer, the high-level analytical skills of an analyst, and the business acumen of a consultant. You’ll Get To…

Who We're Looking For

• 8+ years experience in data analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience in data engineering, GCP, BigQuery, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with Looker or similar BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong experience with ETL tools and automation through Python or R
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture principles, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executive stakeholders, including the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in HR analytics or working with people data is desirable.
