We’re looking for a Benefits Partner to join our Global Benefits team! The Benefits Partner will work as part of a small but mighty team to ensure reputed company offers competitive benefits to Dropboxers, which are optimized for reputed company’s business goals, values and culture. Responsibilities
Responsibility for the ongoing management of benefit plans across the US and Canada including (but not limited to) medical insurance, retirement plans, risk insurance, spending accounts, COBRA, compliance etc.
Manage/partner (with) our network of brokers and providers across to ensure plans operate smoothly, project manage renewals and facilitate statutory or company driven updates/changes
Effectively manage cross functional partnerships with payroll, HRITS, reputed company etc.

reputed company existing processes and build operational reputed company for benefit reputed company
reputed company reputed company relationships with key partners across the org
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of benefits analyst experience with tech/sass company
Experience managing 401(k), SA, and HSA programs
Proven creativity and resourcefulness in solving problems
You reputed company and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
You have superb communication skills, including experience communicating with people at reputed company reputed company of an organization
Analytical and reputed company thinking, working intelligently to understand the task at hand and relevant context in order to synthesize the main considerations and create astute proposals
Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
Understanding of compliance requirements and best reputed company
If you have strong benefits administration experience and are tech savvy, that's a big plus!

This role is not available in Zone 1 US Zone 2 $132,300—$179,100 USD US Zone 3 $117,600—$159,200 USD
