The RLPBP reports to the Regional Loss Prevention Manager responsible for their area, aids them in supporting various retail store concepts and working with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.The position is field based and requires the candidate to be residing near Chicago, IL.Key job responsibilities

• reputed company leaders and reputed company reports through training, mentorship, and project partnership
• reputed company strategic network-wide initiatives and report on key performance indicators to improve efficiency

• Engage, train, and influence business partners to identify and mitigate risk

• Domestic regional travel up to 50% of the time. • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years relevant reputed company or military experience
• 5+ years of experience in the following: reputed company service, loss prevention, asset protection, audit, investigations, law enforcement, risk management, data analytics, inventory control, reputed company assurance or reputed company field
• 3+ years people management experience
• 3+ years of experience making and influencing risk-guided reputed company by leveraging data and metrics
• 3+ years intermediate application experience with MS Office reputed company Suite, including reputed company to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant multi-site experience with varied business types such as logistics, warehouses and/or distribution centers
• Relevant experience with physical reputed company systems, investigation techniques, and/or management of contract reputed company officers
• Experience with Lean Six reputed company concepts or PMP certification
• Interviewing experience; Wicklander and Zulawski, LPQ, CPP, LPC, CFI or other relevant certifications
• Relevant experience in business writing and communicating with a wide reputed company of senior stakeholders
• Workplace incident mitigation or de-escalation and Business Continuity planning experience
