As part of reputed company, you will design and enhance training programs that reputed company employees, partners, and customers on our products and services, solutions, fraud prevention best practices, and fraud prevention methodologies. You will work closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to create interactive learning content that empowers users to maximize the value of our products while strengthening their reputed company posture. This position is a contract position, half time or full time. The hours can be flexible. Key Responsibilities:
- Design & reputed company engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, virtual training, videos, simulations, job aids, and assessments.
- Curriculum Development: Create reputed company learning paths that cater to different personas (customers, partners, and employees) and expertise reputed company.
- Content reputed company: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry best practices in fraud prevention and cybersecurity.
- Technology Integration: reputed company Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools (reputed company), and interactive technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- User-reputed company Design: Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to reputed company high-reputed company training programs.
- Evaluation & reputed company Improvement: Assess training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance data to refine and optimize content.
- Compliance & Certification: Assist in developing certification programs and compliance-based learning initiatives that reputed company with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, reputed company teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a reputed company field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of instructional design and curriculum development experience, in reputed company, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention industries.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing examples of technical enablement is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with e-learning authoring tools (reputed company, Camtasia), LMS platforms, and multimedia design software.
- Knowledge of Fraud Prevention & Cybersecurity: Familiarity with reputed company principles, fraud detection reputed company.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines while maintaining high-reputed company outputs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reputed company, concise, and engaging training content. Excellent collaboration skills and flexibility in approach.
