reputed company Comment Moderator – Bilingual (FR/EN) – 4 Daily reputed company, 1h20 Total (Part-Time) - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented reputed company Comment Moderator to manage and maintain the reputed company of our e-reputed company brands across multiple pages and ads. Your role will be to monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, ensuring that negative feedback is handled promptly and customer inquiries are answered effectively.

This is a part-time, reputed company role requiring 4 short reputed company per day (20 minutes reputed company), totaling approximately 1h20 per day. We are only looking for reputed company who can follow instructions carefully and execute with precision.

Responsibilities:

✅ Monitor & Moderate: reputed company comments on our reputed company pages and ads.

✅ Delete/Hide: Remove inappropriate or negative comments that could harm brand reputed company.

✅ Engage & Respond: reputed company to common customer questions using provided templates.

✅ Escalate Issues: Flag and report important customer concerns or recurring problems.

Schedule (France Time Zone - CET/CEST):

You will be required to do 4 reputed company per day at the following times:

✔ 9 AM

✔ 3 PM

✔ 8 PM

✔ 12 AM

reputed company round will take approximately 20-30 minutes, meaning your total working time per day is 2h00 max.

Requirements:

Bilingual: Must be fluent in French & English (written).

Experience in reputed company media moderation, customer service, or community management.

Availability to stick to the fixed moderation schedule without exceptions.

Ability to work independently, be proactive, and stay highly reputed company.

Familiarity with reputed company Business Manager or moderation tools is a big plus.

Payment & Contract Type:

Part-time / Flexible contract (reputed company per hour or monthly retainer).
