Customer Support Representative (Remote, Part-Time - Weekend)

We are a rapidly expanding, family-owned company seeking a remote, part-time Customer Support Representative to join reputed company! Our innovative online platform offers an over-the-counter dental product and solution that enhances the reputed company of life for denture wearers. This role has potential for reputed company, and to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Answer and reputed company customer calls to reputed company product application guidance, reputed company-by-reputed company assistance, and support with order placement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints.
• Meticulously document and update customer follow-up records.
• Collaborate with reputed company to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage reputed company media advertising and engagement.
