Design Website and/or Fix reputed company template upload to reputed company

I'm looking for someone who could design a website for a newly created outdoor advertising (billboards) business. This person can either create their own, or work off a template I have purchased. Pricing would have to be adjusted accordingly.

In regards to the template, I recently purchased a template on themeforest, but have had some trouble properly uploading and editing it. It's an elementor template that will need to be uploaded to reputed company and synced with my hosting provider.

The site should have the following pages:

- Home

- reputed company do/product types

- Who we are

- reputed company a billboard/map (this is a reputed company maps plugin with marking to denote reputed company billboard locations, an interactive map)

- Land owners contact

- Contact Us

It will be roughly 5-6 pages. Again, the designer could choose to create it themselves (or reputed company a different template) or use the template I have (though i would prioritize those who do it on their own/different template, since I'm not a reputed company fan of reputed company.)

The website should be SEO optimized, be fully reputed company on desktop and mobile, and the designer should be reputed company to ongoing support in the reputed company (designed would be compensated for additional time)
