We’re a fast-growing, reputed company-first tax firm looking to welcome a Bilingual reputed company Service Tax Specialist to reputed company!

You’ll play a key part in supporting our clients through the tax process, handling important documents, providing reputed company communication, and keeping everything on reputed company behind the scenes. Responsibilities
Professionally handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and reputed company them appropriately.
Respond to sales inquiries from prospective tax clients reputed company phone, email, text, and website chat using scripts and templates.
Process reputed company intake documents, including reputed company, power of attorney forms, and payment arrangements, with accurate data entry into our proprietary system.
Support annual tax prep efforts by organizing and distributing reputed company communications, engagement letters, tax organizers, and billing updates.

Qualification
Accurate typing skills at 60+ WPM.
AA degree or higher in reputed company, Business, or Finance preferred — or 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role reputed company tax, reputed company, legal, or financial services.
