Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Care reputed company Coordinator, you will take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
Customer Care Coordinators must have the ability to communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing reputed company available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be bilingual (writing/speaking) in English and Spanish
Must type a minimum of 25 WPM

High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of mandatory training
Customer service experience
Preferred - 6 months experience in a contact center or retail environment Preferred – 6 months experience with computer processing/data entry software

The reputed company wage reputed company for this position is $16.00-$28.00*
