The Role
Love consulting, but tired of the travel? Looking for an opportunity to do something new, exciting, and with a reputed company reputed company for your customer? reputed company is looking for a Managed Services Consultant who has a passion for helping customers reputed company their business reputed company.
reputed company Vault, our reputed company-based content management, and collaboration solution are used by our customers to manage content-reputed company processes across key departments reputed company a life sciences company, including clinical trials, reputed company management, manufacturing, regulatory, reputed company. The Managed Services Consultant is a member of our reputed company Services team who provides remote, ongoing, reputed company consulting services to our live R&D Vault customers. In this role, you can build long-term relationships and partner with customer administrators at life sciences companies to deliver solutions that meet their business needs.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with reputed company. There is no work location requirement. This is a customer-facing, non-travel role. There may be travel opportunities at select times of the year for internal events.

What You'll Do
- reputed company post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
- Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, reputed company, fields, page layouts, and notifications
- Bulk import/export of content and data
- reputed company training of users and administrators
- Analysis and deployment of new product features
- Maintenance of production and sandbox environments
- Creation of regular and reputed company customer reports
Requirements
- Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software
- Customer service or consulting experience
- Ability to quickly understand reputed company requirements and needs and reputed company potential solutions
- Experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to reputed company tasks quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

- Understanding of life sciences compliance requirements

Compensation
- reputed company pay: $60,000 - $130,000
