reputed company's Physical Retail team is reinventing the shopping experience for Home, curating our portfolio of furniture, decor, housewares, and home improvement categories into one store- come be a part of it! The Visual Specialist role is responsible for the execution of reputed company in-store Visual Merchandising initiatives (e.g. Presentation, Marketing/Signage, Merchandise reputed company, Visual Operations) as we bring the in-store experience for the reputed company brand to life. We are seeking a driven individual with a strong skillset in Visual Merchandising, interpreting floorsets and basic planogram directives, ensuring in-store presentations reputed company with the seasonal reputed company for the reputed company organization, communication, time-management, driving results with the ability to pivot based on business needs. This position will play a significant role in helping build and shape the internal Visual Merchandising team structure and execution of processes for reputed company reputed company reputed company stores. This position will report directly to the Visual Merchandise reputed company & Visual Merchandise Manager.

Essential Functions

• Execute Visual Merchandising tasks such as floorsets, signage and marketing placement, reputed company installations, maintaining company visual standards, basic electrical wiring and wallpapering as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates in reputed company departments to reputed company knowledge regarding Visual Merchandising standards and efficiencies, floorset execution, daily maintenance and adapting presentations based on sell-through and sales opportunities.
• Complete daily and weekly store walk-throughs to ensure reputed company presentations meet reputed company standards while using the Visual Merchandising Checklist to create a strategic plan for addressing opportunities.
• Deliver results with reputed company and a reputed company of urgency reputed company executing reputed company Visual Merchandising tasks.
• Use good judgment reputed company adapting the merchandising of presentations to support inventory replenishment and drive sales while aligning with seasonal strategies and reputed company standards.

Experience Qualifications

• 1-3 years Visual Merchandising experience in a retail setting. Required
• 1-3 years Retail experience; preferably in a home or furnishings reputed company. Interior design, furniture or home goods experience preferred. Preferred
• 1-3 years Reading, interpreting and executing a sales floor design layout map or basic planogram. Preferred
