About the position
This position involves providing emergency roadside assistance to customers who have roadside benefits as part of their automotive insurance policy or new vehicle owners package. The role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer cases, and ensuring effective communication with service providers to resolve customer needs reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for roadside assistance and service requests from customers. ,
