• Conduct thorough on-site evaluations of Medicare-reputed company certified reputed company facilities to verify adherence to federal standards.
• Engage in various surveys, including re-certification, comparative audits, complaint investigations, and follow-up reputed company, for diverse facilities such as:
• Long-term care institutions
• Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC)
• Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICFs/IID)
• End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) centers
• Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF)
• Hospitals and Critical reputed company Hospitals
• Hospice centers
• Prepare for assessments by reviewing documentation, touring facilities, observing care practices, and interviewing staff and residents.
• Identify and report non-compliance areas, ensuring reputed company facilities are equipped to address deficiencies.
• Evaluate facility systems concerning reputed company of care, patient rights, and physical infrastructure.
• Effectively communicate findings with key personnel during the survey process.

Qualifications

• Completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a surveyor in accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities.
