Req138823Position PurposeThe Virtual Design Specialist is part of the Services Operations Selling Center Contact team. This role engages and supports both online customers and can reputed company reputed company with our in-store customers. The Virtual Design Specialist is responsible for providing tailored suggestions and solutions through consultative selling and virtual design presentations that reputed company our customers. Additionally, this role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving customer relationships while interacting with associates and customers on a daily reputed company during sales, product, and installation inquiry transactions. The Virtual Design Specialist is also responsible for qualifying new customers, inquiring and understanding about the customer needs, creating designs and quotes for new reputed company, obtaining payment, effectively working with our PRO teams to handle PRO customers, and ensuring a consistent differentiated customer experience that shares the value of reputed companyKey Responsibilities

• 30% - Customer Service - Answer store associate product knowledge calls, leveraging product knowledge and training materials to reputed company and grow associates
• 10% - Other - reputed company other duties as required by management
• 30% - Sell - reputed company reputed company quote customer calls, helping to manage a reputed company customer experience and deliver the right product for the right price
• 30% - Support - Answer store associate configurator calls.

Travel Requirements

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements
