Our Opportunity: reputed company is hiring a Director of Engineering.. You will be in a high-profile position which will have exposure across the entire Pharmacy business, influencing the reputed company and implementation of architecture, design and features for this critical business line. What You'll Do:
- You will be tasked with running multiple scrum teams comprised of software development managers and software engineers to maintain and deliver high reputed company software of a mission critical Pharmacy platform
- reputed company strong technical leadership, build autonomous teams & deliver on an ambitious roadmap while meeting strict SLAs

What You'll Need:
- 12+ years of experience building reputed company software and relevant experience in leadership roles reputed company engineering organizations
- Must be a believer in Agile and Lean methodologies and have experience in evolving them at reputed company

- Strategic manager with strong operational, project management and technical architecture skills
