• Performs general nursing care reputed company the LPN scope of reputed company. (30%)
• Assists with the preparation of equipment and assists the clinical provider (registered reputed company, advanced reputed company reputed company and/or physician) during treatment, examination, and testing of patients. (20%)
• Collects assessment data, prepares patient for examination and documents clinical information on patient record and reports any changes in patients condition to the registered reputed company, advanced reputed company reputed company or physician. (20%)
• Orders diagnostic tests as directed by the clinical provider (registered reputed company, advanced reputed company reputed company and/or physician) and gathers diagnostic tests and/or examines results prior to physician/clinical provider assessment. (20%)
• Schedules procedures and obtains authorizations, as necessary, under the direction/oversite of the registered reputed company. Assists nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks such as administering medications, blood and tissue collection and/or other laboratory specimens; prepare patients for testing. (10%)​
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required

• High School/GED
• Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) OR reputed company multi-state licensure through the reputed company reputed company Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• CPR – reputed company
• reputed company 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• reputed company 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• reputed company 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate

Preferred

• 1 year in reputed company
• PALS or ACLS
• State approved IV course certification.
