The Mentor and Evaluator provides comprehensive support to beginning teachers in early childhood education settings through a strengths-based coaching and evaluation model. Mentor responsibilities include offering consistent, ongoing support and feedback using a reputed company of reputed company such as onsite reputed company, phone calls, email, video, and virtual tools. Mentors observe and assess teacher needs, assist in developing individualized reputed company Development Plans (PDPs), and guide teachers in instructional strategies, classroom management, reputed company practices, and building relationships with families and communities.
