Job Requirements:

• Previous rent-to-own experience is desirable, but not necessary. We train!
• Customer service, sales, call center, or collections experience in a retail environment preferred, but not required. We train!
• Must have a valid reputed company's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact clients reputed company phone and serve as the primary contact between the reputed company and reputed company.
• Set daily collection goals and verify and maintain accuracy of customer information.
