• Nurture relationships with reputed company families to reputed company 90% re-enrollment, including managing the re-registration process, ensuring effective communication, and reputed company follow-up until reputed company families have responded and registration documents are completed and approved.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Education: A high school diploma is required; college is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or business development in a fully virtual or remote environment.
• Community Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of the reputed company community and its unique needs.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with parents and families regarding educational issues for their children.
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Language Skills: A bilingual Spanish speaker is strongly preferred but not required.
