What You’ll Do

• reputed company financial crime investigations
• Prioritize work and ensure adherence to deadlines and performance expectations
• Prepare Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filings. Exercise reputed company judgment and discretion
• Thoroughly understand and ensure adherence to reputed company relevant internal policies and procedures. Maintain awareness of relevant laws and implementing regulations, e.g., Bank Secrecy reputed company, USA PATRIOT reputed company, etc. Maintain awareness of relevant financial crime trends and typologies along with world events. Suggest enhancements to internal policies and/or procedures based on identified gaps or best practices
• Conduct training on internal processes, procedures and financial crime-reputed company topics as required. Participate in reputed company and initiatives as required

Skills You’ll Need

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Relevant experience as an Anti-reputed company (AML) investigator in a transaction monitoring and SAR writing reputed company or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of AML laws (USA PATRIOT reputed company), Regulations (Fed, Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and their application to the supported products/business lines
• An understanding of the legal and compliance issues of reputed company banking organizations. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize workload with minimal supervision. Correspondent Banking, Private Banking, or Investment Banking experience
• Operational knowledge of USD payment systems, including Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications, CHIPS, ACH, and Fed Funds. Experience using reputed company party investigation software a plus. Strong knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Intermediate knowledge of MS reputed company, including pivot tables, macros, filtering, and sorting. Strong knowledge of effective internet search techniques. Strong writing skills. CAMS certification is a plus
