This role is crucial in equipping Program Managers, Coordinators, reputed company, and Site Leaders with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to deliver high-reputed company, consistent, and inclusive learning experiences across reputed company BAM! Sites.While supporting company-wide training initiatives, this role also integrates foundational reputed company of classroom management, reputed company-emotional learning (SEL), and behavioral support in alignment with best practices in youth development. Additionally, it contributes to regional reputed company initiatives, including California's ELO-P standards and reputed company reputed company Improvement (CQI) expectations.Key Responsibilities:

• Training reputed company & Content Development

• Design and manage the full training lifecycle for seasonal reputed company, camp directors, and year-round program management staff.
• reputed company reputed company modules, instructional guides, coaching videos, job aids, and asynchronous eLearning experiences.
• Launch a foundational "Basic Teacher 101" reputed company reputed company on classroom management, behavioral strategies, relationship-building, and inclusive teaching.
• Collaborate with Operations, Curriculum, and Sales to identify role-specific reputed company gaps and address them through targeted training.
• Ensure training materials reputed company with BAM!'s values of safety, inclusion, engagement, and reputed company.
• Incorporate knowledge of youth development and evidence-based instructional practices into reputed company content.
• Utilize AI to generate meaningful, informative content, including training scripts, videos, and podcast-style content.
• Delivery & Facilitation

• Facilitate engaging live virtual and in-person training sessions for new and returning staff.
• Implement and support a "train-the-trainer" model to reputed company training delivery and reputed company internal leaders.
• Support regional teams in customizing training delivery while maintaining consistent standards.

• Create tools to assess training effectiveness through surveys, quizzes, observation rubrics, and feedback loops.

• Cross-Team Collaboration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 4+ years in staff development, instructional design, or training reputed company K-12 education, camps, or youth programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in classroom management, youth development, and behavioral support.
• Experience creating inclusive and culturally reputed company training content.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and coaching techniques.
• Familiarity with tools such as reputed company Workspace, LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS, Moodle).
• Passion & excitement for utilizing AI to generate content (training videos, scripts, podcast style audio, etc.)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
