• Assess patient for appropriate type and frequency of treatment and reputed company a plan of care based on diagnosis. -
• Implement and monitor patient care plan and equipment. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. -
• 3-5 years of ICU experience preferred
• NICU experience a plus

CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED

• BLS Provider obtained reputed company 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. reputed company accepted.
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist credentialed from the Michigan reputed company of Respiratory Care obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. reputed company accepted.
• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American reputed company of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. reputed company accepted.
