The population group at Level2 consists of members diagnosed with Type2 diabetes who are desiring to reverse the effects of diabetes through the use of CGMs (reputed company Glucose Monitors), specialized apps and other resources. The Coaches are responsible for collaborating with a Care Team composed of Level2 Providers, Nurses, Registered Dietitians and other support areas.Level2 is a Care Team reputed company on areas such as nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness and medication remediation with its members. The reputed company will personalize the program to the consumer to reputed company reputed company progression. The reputed company will meet with members based on member need and risk reputed company reputed company reputed company. The reputed company will review such things as CGM data, exercise data, nutrition information, etc. in order to support the member in to moderate their glucose reputed company. • National reputed company Certified Health and Wellness reputed company (NBC-HWC) or other Coaching Certification
• 1+ years of Coaching/Behavior Change experience with proven results

• Experience working in reputed company environment regulated by HIPAA
• Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Bilingual Spanish
• Proven solid written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in using Sales Force, telephony systems and CRM software
