Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant

- Work with the BH Call Center and chat to triage any questions that may reputed company.
- Assist clinical staff with obtaining signed patient legal documents that may be pertinent to their case.
- Assist clinical staff by sending patient documents reputed company to their case status.
- Assist staff with sending patient requested documentation such as report summaries.
- Weekly monitoring of in-house referral list.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience working with reputed company such as undocumented workers, unaccompanied minors, LGBTQ+ populations, communities of reputed company, youth/adolescents, and those experiencing homelessness, reputed company abuse, and/or mental illness.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
