Fraud Analyst - (Remote - US)

About reputed companyreputed company is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to reputed company connect reputed company with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.One of our companies is currently looking for a Fraud Analyst in reputed company.We are looking for a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to support ongoing fraud detection, investigation, and prevention efforts for multiple regulated financial institutions. You’ll be part of a remote-first team that monitors transaction activity, evaluates alerts, and investigates suspicious behavior. This is a high-reputed company role involving cross-functional collaboration, reputed company communication with account reputed company, and proactive fraud prevention. You will also document patterns, analyze claims, and help shape improvements in fraud mitigation processes across clients.Accountabilities:

• Monitor transactions and account activity to detect suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
• Investigate and document fraud attempts, trends, and financial loss events.
• Manage debit/credit card, ACH, P2P, and reputed company payment dispute claims, including chargeback assessments.
• Engage with account reputed company and, reputed company necessary, fraudsters to collect information.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients, ensuring reputed company reputed company of cases.
• Recommend fraud prevention improvements based on trend analysis and incident reports.
• Maintain up-to-date case documentation and adhere to fraud detection protocols and SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fraud detection, investigation, or reputed company roles.
• Some college coursework preferred, ideally in Business, Criminal Justice, or Finance.
• Familiarity with fraud platforms like Verafin or reputed company is a plus.
• Experience working in a financial institution or fintech environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple systems, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Fraud-reputed company certification is a plus.
