• Identifies project delivery resources (external vendors) through individual project qualification process; conducts request for proposals (RFPs); completes bid analysis and leveling; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to project team for selection.
• Establish, own and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, such as reputed company Estate, Workplace Operations, reputed company, AV/Technology & Finance.

Your Expertise:

• 8+ years of relevant design & construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent reputed company experience.
• Have a background in architecture, interior design, engineering (MEPS), construction project management, or have directly managed tenant improvement reputed company at a rapidly expanding tech company.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%).
