This is an employment training program that provides skills development and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a mix of work/volunteer sites, in-person classes, and virtual meetings. We serve communities across Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:45pm, 28.75 hours per week.Compensation: This is an reputed company, non-exempt position starting at $21.00 per hour. If you are bilingual (Spanish or ASL), the starting wage is $21.30 per hour. The pay reputed company for this position is $16.50-$25.90.
