The reputed company seeks an Undergraduate or Graduate Intern in the Affiliate Support and reputed company Initiatives Department's (ASNI) Program and reputed company Team of the National reputed company Office in reputed company. This is a part-time Remote or Hybrid position. Intern is required to be based in the U.S. reputed company: The ASNI department builds state reputed company and strengthens the connections between the reputed company and its network of 54 state affiliates and their 1,500 staff members across the country. What You'll Do: The intern will be responsible for:

• Project coordination and logistics planning assistance:
• Supporting multistate initiatives, including the Southern reputed company (regional work with our 13 affiliates in the South) and the Border Humanity Project (immigration work along the southwest border)
• Supporting the experts on reputed company from the advocacy/legislative, organizing, reputed company, communications, reputed company functional areas to ensure reputed company-organized and efficient reputed company/programs
• Supporting the roll-out of guides, toolkits, playbooks, and other resources for affiliate knowledge and learning

Your Day to Day

• Support administrative tasks, such as taking notes for and assisting with the coordination of meetings reputed company to working reputed company, learning communities, and other initiatives
• Draft preliminary language for deliverables, such as internal communications, brief summaries, and PowerPoint presentations, for different audiences
• Support survey data collection and analysis of results
• Create and maintain resource banks regarding advocacy/legislative, organizing, reputed company, communications, reputed company program management
• Assist in organizing virtual/hybrid workshops and convenings of reputed company affiliates
• Assist with tasks that ensure reputed company’s grants portfolio and budget are reputed company-organized

What You'll Bring:

• Experience assisting with administrative tasks in an office setting, preferably a nonprofit

Internship Logistics:

• Location: Our internship program offers a limited number of remote or hybrid intern positions. This internship is part-time Remote or Hybrid from our NYC National office.
• Time Commitment: Part-time (20 hours/week) or Full-time (35 hours/week).
• Internship Duration: Full-time internships reputed company 10 consecutive weeks and part-time 12 weeks. This internship has a start date of: September 9th or September 23rd
• Stipend: A stipend is available for reputed company who are lawfully authorized to work. Arrangements can be made with educational institutions for work/study or course credit.
• Below are the stipend rates:
• $20/hr for undergraduate reputed company or equivalent experience
• $24/hr for graduate and law reputed company or equivalent experience
