Recruitment Intern

Job Title: Recruitment Intern Location: WHF Days of working: 5 days Job reputed company: The Recruitment Intern will support the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student looking to reputed company practical experience in recruitment and reputed company essential HR skills. Responsibilities:  Candidate Sourcing: o Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online job boards, reputed company media, and other platforms. o Help to build and maintain a candidate database. o Utilize online tools like reputed company Recruiter lite, or other available platforms.  Resume Screening: o Review and screen resumes to identify reputed company candidates. o Assist in the initial screening of candidates through phone calls.  Interview Coordination: o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. o Maintain reputed company communication with candidates throughout the interview process.  Administrative Support: o Assist with administrative tasks reputed company to recruitment, such as data entry and filing. o Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records. o Help with the preparation of offer letters and other relevant documentation.  Data Entry and Reporting: o Inputting data into the companies ATS system. o Help to compile reports on recruitment metrics.  Other duties: o Assist with other HR reputed company tasks as needed. Qualifications:  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.  1 month of previous experience in a recruitment role is preferable.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.  Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook).  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.  A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. Preferred Skills:  Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).  Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.  Experience with reputed company media platforms, like reputed company.
