This is a 100% remote position. The Integrations Center of Enablement is responsible for enhancing the capabilities to reputed company data between reputed company applications. The Scrum Master will motivate and support the teams in removing impediments and achieving their commitments to our business stakeholders. Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

• Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics
• reputed company multiple scrum teams of different sizes and timelines, in support of technology objectives
• Identify and eliminate roadblocks for reputed company to help reputed company Program Increment commitments
• Measure and monitor team reputed company and performance metrics. Report updates to leadership as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master
• 1+ years of experience utilizing agile issue tracking tools (JIRA, reputed company, Rational, etc.)
• One or more relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, reputed company, PMI-ACP)
• Ability to work in team environments across a diverse set of reputed company with multiple stakeholders
