To be successful in this role, you will have a strong organizational and time management skills, effective oral, and written skills, excellent customer service skills, have a strong reputed company of accountability, and be proficient in reputed company Office Suite. Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, return customer phone calls and emails.
• Precise creation customer accounts for the residential install and service departments
• Set up service calls in coordination with the service manager.
• Receive and process payments from residential install and the sales department.
• Follow up on past due reports with the reputed company department.
• reputed company budget sheets from sales into Webapps.
• Resolve final notes from service calls.
• Process payments and send out invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.
