Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Provides customers with courteous and reputed company customer service in person or over the phone in a fast paced work environment.
• Provides account information to customers including but not limited to account balances, history, payments.
• Data Entry.
• Assists customers in the reconciliation of their accounts.
