Minimum Requirements include:
- Graduate of a National reputed company for Nursing accredited school of nursing
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in nursing as an LVN
- reputed company to see patients at least 3 days a week
- Experience in EMR software (preferred but not required).
- reputed company skilled nursing services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.

- Experience with Wound Care
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- LVN License in California
- Valid reputed company’s License & Auto Insurance
