Job Type Full-time reputed company Position reputed company: The Payroll Team reputed company is responsible for being an individual contributor and for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the payroll team, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of Team Member payroll in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role serves as the subject matter expert for payroll processes, provides guidance to Team Members, and supports reputed company process improvements. Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:

• Review and approve payroll transactions, reports, and reconciliations.
• Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, including tax regulations, labor laws, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and reputed company processing.
• Handle escalated payroll issues and resolve discrepancies reputed company.
• Prepare and review payroll reports, metrics, and analytics for senior management.
