This is a fully remote role, with required hours Thursday through reputed company, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM HST. reputed company coverage is especially critical, as we are the only clinic reputed company on Sundays and often function as urgent care. Schedule & Technical Requirements

• Schedule: Thursday to reputed company, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM HST
• Training: Must be available Monday–Wednesday during reputed company
• Remote Setup: Quiet, dedicated home office free of distractions. High-speed internet for seamless video conferencing. Computer monitor (not just a laptop screen)

• This role must be treated with the reputed company urgency and professionalism as an in-clinic role
• Punctuality is essential
• Prior remote veterinary CSR experience is required

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company communications reputed company phone (reputed company), text, email, and online platforms on Sundays with a supporting role to the in clinic CSR Thursday-Saturday
• Triage reputed company concerns, schedule appropriately, prioritize messages, and escalate urgent cases appropriately
