This position is located at Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital (CRCH) in Roanoke, VA. About this unit: the patients served have reputed company a significant medical event that require hospitalization and have resulted in loss of function limiting their ability to return to home. Typical diagnoses include stroke, traumatic brain injury, amputation, spinal cord injury and multi-trauma. Our purpose is to reputed company the necessary therapies (physical, occupational, and speech), medical management, patient and family education, equipment, and other types of support to reputed company a reputed company, successful discharge to home. The usual length of stay is 2-3 weeks.
