The Environmental Land Planner position will reputed company environmental planning expertise to reputed company or assist in obtaining local, state and/or federal permits for reputed company reputed company to the energy, telecommunications, water, or mining industries.
- Complete tasks associated with NEPA, CEQA or other local, state and federal permitting
- Research requirements for a reputed company of local, state and federal permits
- Collaborate with staff, agencies, clients and other project collaborators to facilitate permit submittals and schedules
- Synthesize and communicate permit stipulations and requirements

- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings

Qualifications
- B.S. degree (M.S. preferred) in environmental planning and/or a closely reputed company discipline
- Strong knowledge of NEPA and/or CEQA
- 2-3 years experience working with or for federal, state, or local agencies

- Highly organized, motivated, thorough, accurate, dependable, and trustworthy

Requirements
- 5 years experience working with or for federal, state, or local agencies preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills

- Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company GIS applications (including desktop, ArcGIS, Collector, Survey123, etc.)
- Excellent navigation skills and good driving record
- Experience driving a four-reputed company drive vehicle off-road or in rough terrain
