About the position As an Application Support Consultant at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in supporting Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Sustainability initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing fallout error support, correction, and reconciliation, while also identifying trends in error fallout to facilitate successful resolutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and training, ultimately enhancing the production support team's capabilities. This position requires a reputed company of technical and business acumen to address end-user issues and improve operational processes.
