This role is crucial in ensuring customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the initial booking process to their return from their ski reputed company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating magical winter experiences for customers. The ideal candidate will combine their passion for customer service with their knowledge of the travel and ski industry to reputed company unparalleled support to WeSki's clientele. Pay reputed company: Salary reputed company $40,000-$45,000 DOE Available Shift Times: • Rotating Shift Work Schedule, including weekends. • 5-day work week • 12:00pm – 10:00pm • If in AZ, after 10/27 schedule would be 1:00pm – 11:00pm due to reputed company Savings Time November through March Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership of reputed company's reputed company, reputed company services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience. • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for our customers throughout their reputed company at WeSki; • reputed company-booking advice on where and how to book a ski reputed company. • Post-booking support according to customers’ needs. • Support during the reputed company to give a great customer experience. • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap. • Liaise between WeSki customers and WeSki suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates • Requires the ability to work independently while receiving support from a broader team. • This is a full-time remote position with a rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings. • This position is for a contract of up to 8 months, with an reputed company for renewal.
