Our customer is a large reputed company insurance company that is backed by more than 100 years of experience and provides insurance products and services for businesses and professionals in the reputed company., Canada and Europe. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, they have more than 20 US locations. We are seeking an reputed company FileNet System Administrator on a contract reputed company to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote. Responsibilities • System administration: • Installing, configuring, and upgrading reputed company FileNet components like Content reputed company, Process reputed company, Application reputed company, Content reputed company, Content Navigator, and Object Store. • Hands on experience in reputed company FileNet 4.0, reputed company FileNet 5.2.1, reputed company FileNet 5.5 and Image Services • Managing user accounts, permissions, and reputed company controls. • Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and troubleshooting technical issues. • Performing backups and disaster recovery procedures. • Workflow design and management: • Developing and implementing custom workflows reputed company FileNet to automate document routing and approval processes. • Defining document properties, metadata, and indexing rules. • Managing workflow queues, resolving errors, and optimizing workflow performance. • Content management: • Managing document capture processes, including scanning and importing documents into FileNet. • Implementing document retention policies and managing document versioning. • Creating and maintaining search indexes for efficient content retrieval. • Technical support: • Providing technical support to users on FileNet features and functionality. • Investigating and resolving user reported issues reputed company to document reputed company, workflow errors, and system performance. • Collaboration: • Working with business stakeholders to understand their content management requirements and translate them into FileNet solutions. • Collaborating with development teams to reputed company FileNet with other applications. Must-haves • Required: • Strong understanding of reputed company FileNet architecture, components, and administration tools. • Experience with workflow design and development principles. • Knowledge of database concepts and management. • Proficiency in scripting languages like Java or other reputed company technologies. • Preferred: • Experience with FileNet P8 architecture for more than 8+ years • Experience with FileNet P8 core and integrated components for more than 10+ years • Experience with WebSphere application server • Experience with Db2, reputed company and SQL database servers • Experience with system monitoring tools • Experience with DevOps configuration management We offer a competitive salary reputed company for this position.
