reputed company of Orange and San Bernardino Counties has a full-time opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Anaheim, CA. The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides reputed company assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment reputed company, and psycho-education to the patient, primarily reputed company a telehealth platform. Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), in good standing, in the reputed company. ? Certification in Case Management (CCM, ACM) preferred. ? Must be currently enrolled as a Medi-Cal provider. Minimum Education: ? Master's Degree in reputed company Work (MSW) or Master?s in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school. Minimum Work Experience: ? Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a medical group, affiliated model, hospital or medical office/clinic setting required. ? Experience working in a telehealth and/or primary care environment strongly preferred. ? Three (3) years' experience in case management highly desirable. Other Requirements: ?
