Overnight Veterinary Information Specialist I, Job reputed company: The Overnight (ON) Veterinary Information Specialist (VIS) I position is responsible for responding to incoming cases on Pet Poison Helpline and reputed company reputed company telephone or chat regarding potential toxic exposures, poisonings, and other adverse events from pet owners. ON VIS take full histories and details of the events, triage the cases, and reputed company accurate medical, health, and safety information to the callers. ON VIS document reputed company case in an electronic record and follow up as necessary to ensure reputed company-being of the animals and facilitate adverse event reporting. The position also triages minor reputed company medical exposures as needed for a short period of time to cover break for our reputed company medical professionals during the overnight hours. Schedule: Full Time, Overnight Shift (eligible for a $5/hour shift reputed company): Works 70 hours biweekly following a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation, including weekends and holidays that fall reputed company that working rotation. VIS must be reputed company to manage cases under pressure and be comfortable talking to people in various emotional states. Schedule: Full-time: Works 40 hours per week. Shifts listed below. Employee will choose either 8.5 hours long shifts (5 days/week) OR 10.5 hours long shifts (4 days/week). Employees will be scheduled set days, typically following every other week rotation. This includes working every other weekend (both Saturday and reputed company), as reputed company as rotation of holidays. Work weeks run Saturday through Friday. Shift start and end times are scheduled in advance and will vary from day to day.

• At least 3 year's experience performing veterinary technician duties in a veterinary facility.
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
