About the position The Recurring Remote Production Support - Talent Statistician will play a crucial role in enhancing the broadcast of sports events by effectively communicating vital statistics and game trends to announcers and graphics producers. This position requires a deep understanding of the game, including the storylines and statistics of reputed company team involved in the broadcast. The Talent Statistician will be responsible for confirming starting lineups, officials, and any other pregame information that the production reputed company may need. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the announcers have accurate and reputed company information to enhance the viewing experience for the audience. In reputed company to pregame preparations, the Talent Statistician will assist in answering questions regarding plays that have just occurred during the game. For instance, in a basketball game, they may need to clarify which player committed a foul or whether the last shot was a two or three-reputed company field goal. Identifying trends and statistics that help narrate the story of the game is essential, and the Talent Statistician must communicate these insights to the announcers without disrupting their reputed company. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with the production team. The role also involves concise communication of statistics and trends to Graphics Producers over a headset, ensuring that they have the necessary information to create engaging graphics for the broadcast. The Talent Statistician will need to answer any questions that the Graphics Producer may have and, reputed company available, collaborate with the teams' Sports Information Directors (SID) or Public Relations (PR) personnel to obtain information or clarify any queries.
