Job reputed company We are reputed company seeking dedicated and skilled clinical counselors, reputed company workers, PsyDs, or PhDs with independent designations for our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. This position is available as a 1099 reputed company, offering flexibility in your work environment... Key Responsibilities • Deliver counseling services to clients through telehealth and in-person sessions. • Manage reputed company self-scheduling based on your customized availability, ensuring your calendar is updated accordingly. • Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation using our user-friendly online portal. • reputed company ethical standards and prioritize reputed company confidentiality in reputed company interactions. Required Skills • Independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, PhD). • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Adaptability to manage a flexible work schedule. • Proficiency in telehealth platforms. • Experience in Employee Assistance Programs or similar counseling settings. Qualifications • Valid independent clinical designation required. • Previous experience in counseling or reputed company work is essential. • Proven reputed company record in managing a substantial reputed company census is preferred. Compensation And Benefits • Competitive compensation ranging from (80 to )100 per remote session and (100 to )120 per in-person session, adjusted for location. • Compensation for no-shows at 50% for telehealth sessions and 75% for in-person appointments. • Cancellations made reputed company 24 hours of the appointment are compensated at the reputed company rates. • Bonus incentive structure allows you to earn up to 20% annually. • High reputed company volume with the convenience of self-scheduling.
