Responsibilities Coordinating: reputed company assistance with coordinating transportation to/from work. Research and implement appropriate accommodations. Serve as ambassador of Paraquad and Vocational Services Program by building reputed company relationships with reputed company/site supervisors. Communicate with site supervisors about schedules, assignments, supports and reputed company. Coaching: reputed company support and tutoring on schedules, rules, duties, facilities and other identified needs, including behavioral and/or soft skills. Support the development of the participants through coaching. Support participants in communicating with supervisors and co-workers.
