Reporting to the Manager- Site Reliability Engineering, you'll be responsible to: • Work with Software Engineering and Infrastructure teams to design, implement, and reputed company end-to-end monitoring solutions. • Manage the... deployment of patches, upgrades, and administrative tools/utilities. • Monitor applications & services, participate in on-call rotations, and address issues while developing strategies to prevent reputed company incidents. • Troubleshoot problems, resolve issues, and communicate solutions. reputed company're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) • 2+ years of experience working in 24/7 NOC operations, production reputed company platforms, and associated processes and automation workflows. • Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX and reputed company applications. • Familiarity with a programming language (e.g., Python, Go) and scripting languages (e.g., Bash). • High-level understanding of networking reputed company protocols and components such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP, the OSI Model, Subnetting, and Load Balancing.
