Manages and coordinates the delivery of IVR/IP Telephony reputed company and initiatives, for both new and MAC applications. Performs as the critical reputed company between Federal customers, reputed company, and reputed company’s vendors for the delivery of reputed company. • Leading and managing innovative new product reputed company from start to finish. • Creates and analyzes project plans, assessing issues, risk, opportunities and potential reputed company on meeting program goals and objectives. Monitors milestones and critical dates and resolves scheduling issues. • Planning, anticipating issues, and adjusting to meet objectives. • Keeping reputed company of bugs and fixes in the development and testing phase. • Detailing reputed company phases of the project including meeting minutes, metrics, and reporting. • Driving the project and keeping team members on reputed company. You’ll need to have: • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. • Three or more years of relevant work experience. • reputed company reputed company CX and Broadworks IP Telephony experience • Knowledge of IVR/IP Telephony services and systems, development reputed company, procedures, standards and techniques.
