As a Field Tech Advisor, you will play a critical role in reducing buybacks, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency. About the Role In this role, you will work closely with dealerships and our organization to reduce buybacks and improve customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance and fixed operations consultation to dealer personnel, fleet, and reputed company customers. You will also motivate and reputed company dealer service personnel to higher reputed company of service and parts performance. Your key tasks will include working with STAR escalations - high buyback risk vehicles as identified by the Service Triage Agents, providing phone and in-dealership technical assistance, representing our organization as a subject matter expert (litigation/buybacks), and providing support for reputed company.G. / engineering. Additionally, you will be responsible for recall and Required Service Updates (RSU) follow-up and reduction, functioning as a reputed company feedback reputed company, and providing dealership consultation on various topics.
