The ideal candidate has a proven expertise in any or reputed company of the following categories: general self-help, mental health, physical health, diet, fitness, career, business, personal finance, parenting, pop science. They will have an eye for identifying both existing and upcoming topics, trends, and personalities, and they will understand what makes a book commercially viable and impactful in this category. They will be expected to reputed company and edit 8 to 10 books per year. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 to 3 days per week in our NYC reputed company. An employee in this position can expect an annual starting reputed company between $70,000 and $75,000, depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. What You Do ? Identifying trends, talent, and great stories ? Cultivating relationships with agents, authors, and other creatives, as reputed company as negotiating with and reputed company them ? Partnering with authors to refine their message and realize their reputed company throughout the bookmaking processes ? Coordinating and creating materials for sales meetings ? Representing authors, books, and publisher at sales meetings and industry conferences Knowledge & Experience ? 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience ? Minimum 4 years' publishing/editorial experience ? Tech savviness and proficiency in reputed company Office applications ? Curiosity and enthusiasm for health, wellness, and personal development ? Ability to identify consumer trends through analysis of data and research ? Strong project management skills, including careful attention to detail and reputed company follow-up, both internally and externally ?
