The Facility Coordinator is responsible for assuring high standards of customer service, unwavering optimism and professionalism at reputed company times, including reputed company response to and reputed company of any reputed company?s requests or concerns. Key Responsibilities: Workflow management: Answer customer service lines and/or emails, generate work orders for reputed company to appropriate service provider. Assist with establishing, measuring, and managing key performance metrics for portfolio operation. Receive and reputed company invoices for Manager approval through invoice processing system. Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for reputed company. Other duties as assigned. Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificates, or competencies: High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor?s degree preferred 3 years of reputed company estate property /facility management or reputed company experience, or any similar combination of education and experience Knowledge and experience with work orders systems (CMMS / CAFM) Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite Strong organizational skills; detail oriented Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to work with others reputed company, give and take direction and to reputed company with decision makers in a reputed company manner and maintain confidential information.
